Her background bridges the public and private sectors, including state-level title processing, national dealership support, and automotive industry advocacy.

Beth began her career at Tag & Title Service of Maryland and Silver Star, where she built foundational expertise in manual and electronic titling systems. In 2022, she founded Auto Tag Connect, a national title and registration service provider supporting high-volume automotive dealerships, lenders, and fleet operators in all 50 states.

Beth is also the President of NIVTA.org (National Independent Vehicle Title Agents), a nonprofit organization supporting DMV-private sector collaboration. NIVTA provides educational resources, fraud prevention initiatives, and digital title processing guidance to both industry professionals and state agencies.

Her leadership has included serving as Chair of the Maryland Vehicle Titling Association (MVTA), where she consulted on electronic titling initiatives and DMV pilot programs. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and as a Councilmember of the Chesapeake Bay Trust, where she brings insight into sustainable, business-forward transformation.
